On tap at the brewery. Black with brownish head. Thick and dense. Lots of chocolate, cocoa, maple, bourbon. Light bourbon bite in the finish. Full bodied.

Draught at Brewing, 9/29/23. Inky, dark, no head. Licorice and chocolate, lead and spice. Rich vanilla and sugar with no sign of the Pips barrel that I can find. Clean and not boozey. Soft, luxurious, rich, not too sweet, juicy, rich chocolate, long and drying. Some fruity mead hints. Spice for days, lots of vanilla. Very easygoing. Syrupy just slightly. Heavy barrels and the mead emerges gently with breathing. Lovely.

On tap at Side Project 5th Anniversary. Pours black with no head. The aroma is strong vanilla, maple, roast, bourbon. Slick body, chocolate, roast, vanilla, wood, bourbon, enjoyed this.
