This time, we brewed an American IPA with Citra and Simcoe as the main hops. And Mandarina Bavaria and Columbus add layer of the aroma and bitterness, resulting in a beer with a variety of citrus notes. The sharp bitterness, combined with the aroma, is reminiscent of citrus peel. The ABV is a pleasant 5.5%, making this a beer that you want to enjoy over and over again.

Nara Cookin’ American IPA 5.5% 40 IBU Clear gold with a thick head of foam and a great classic piney west coast ipa aroma. The body feels a touch light and finishes very dry. Sweet pine up front then woodsy and earthy. Not complex but a good drop.
