Maple Moon is brewed using amber malts, Cascade Aroma hops and a teasing hint of maple syrup. A very refreshing beer bursting with an underlying depth of maltiness. Subtle tastes of toffee and caramel give Maple Moon its unique sweetness.

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Clear amber, rich creamy head. Predominantly caramelly nose with some hay, maple syrup and paper. Light to medium bodied with dense, rounded mouthfeel. The hay-like hops turns to salty bitterness in the finish. A mid-intensity, rather streamlined beer with just a slight note of maple syrup.

Bottle from Morrisons. Amber coloured with a minimal head. Sweet malt and red fruit aroma. Flavour had tonnes of caramel to the point of being cloying. What finish there was was reminiscent of boiled sweets. Another not so pleasant pasteurised beer.

Bottle from dad picked up at Morrisons Mid amber pour, sweetness and malt are the key notes on the nose. Tasted really decent if a little sweet, good malty full bodied little number, not too much bitterness and hops whilst there were lacking slightly I felt, still I rather enjoyed this.
