6/5/2022. Bottle shared by minutemat, cheers. Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is citric, acidic, light solvent, funky, green apple. Moderate sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, oily, average carbonation. Not bad.

Sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers Mat! Pale golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of floral notes, apple, green apple, fleshy. Taste is sweetish & tart, apple, some skin, flesh and malic acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

75cl bottle from National Brewery Centre, Burton on Trent. Pours clear pale gold, good effervescence. Aroma of fresh cut grass, fragrant orchard, green apple. High effervescence on the palate, sweet green apple, apple laces, cut grass, drying close. Super fresh, spritzy with a delicately sweet fruit presence. Feel a yearning for some nice fleshy fruit action, but on the whole a nice sipper .
