12/4/2022. Draught sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed. Pours clear pale gold with a small, short lasting frothy white head. Aroma of apple, toffee, strudel, cider vinegar, funky and mucky notes. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness, moderate sour. Moderate body, oily mouthfeel, average carbonation.

Tap from the fermenter, at Cider Hole, Sheffield. Golden colour, thin white rim and aroma of apple, fruity. Taste is sweetish, apple, juicy, slight funk hint, tangy and mellow acidic notes. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable
