750ml wired cork bottle. For #rgpm. Sparkling, yellow golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam and aroma of perry pear, fruity, fleshy, citric, gooseberry. Taste is sweetish, perry pear, fleshy, woody, some light funk, citric acidity and slight drying tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry peary finish. Nicely drinkable.
