Sample thanks to Danlo: Poured a golden with a bubble off white head. Aroma is apple, light spice, tannins, caramel. Taste is tangy tartness, tannins, apples, light spice, leathery.

7/5/2022. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed. Pours clear golden with an amber tint and a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is funky, unripe strawberry, apple core, leather, yoghurt. Moderate sweetness, lovely tangy tartness. Medium body, oily, average carbonation. Really good.

750ml limited release bottle at Brum Cider Club Zoom Tasting. Bottle 8/18. Bright orange gold colour with pink tinge, foamy white head and aroma of strawberry, fleshy apple, fruity, caramel, vanilla. Taste is sweet, juicy, rich apple, fleshy, big caramel, fruity, peachy, with strawberry notes, tart and acidic. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tart acidic finish. Very drinkable.
