Lance was looking through our delicious stash, clipboard and pen in hand, and was inspired to blend some of our more unusual hops together with some of the fancier varieties. The resulting blonde was brewed with Ultra & Simcoe, and dry hopped with Mosaic and Pekko, so as you’d expect it’s floral and fruity, deliciously aromatic with a lingering zingy bitter finish.

500ml bottle from Brightside. Gluten Free. Golden colour, bubbly white foam head leaving lacing and aroma of citrusy hop. Taste is malt, grain, biscuit with fruity, citrusy hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry fruity hop finish. Quite drinkable.

Cask @ D’Ale, Rochdale. Clear golden with a creamy head. It has an easy texture for its strength but the latter also provides a decent depth in the palate. Is a hoppy brew.
