50ml bottle from Midas Mead. Brilliance Range with edible shimmer. Clear pale yellow gold with shimmer, no head and aroma of honey, floral, mellow. Taste is sweet, honey, floral, syrup, with apricot & citric hints and light spice. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, lingering sweet honey & fruity finish. Well balanced, very sippable.
