Bottle at THT March. Hazy golden. Indeed funky Brett up front, sweaty, lots of oats, light herbal, lemon. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Quite nice.

Fles gekregen van Keukeman, geprobeerd met Roelzie. Het is een troebel geel bier met een dun wit schuim. Het heeft een vreemde fruitige maar muffe geur. De smaak is fruitig, zacht en kruidig.

0.375 l bottle from 'Het Biermoment', bottled in March 2021. Hazy, pale amber with a thin, fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, gently funky, moderately fruity aroma of barnyard, grains, gooseberry and hay. Hardly sweet, moderately bitter, quite funky and slightly fruity taste of grains, hay, barnyard, manure and some gooseberry, followed by a short, gently bitter, rather funky, moderately dry finish. Medium body, minimally astringent and quite effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Refreshing, spritzy beer, benefits a lot from the brett. Alright!

Bottle. Color: Hazy straw-like golden, no head. Aroma: Funky, hay, floral and fruity notes. Taste: Straw, wild yeast funk, sweetish floral notes, hints of yellow fruit, earthy and subtle herbal / spicy notes. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Moderate sweet, light bitterness.
