A triple peach sour ale brewed with peach purée, peach juice, and peach rooibos tea. Barrel aged with wild cultures for 1.5 years for a touch of funk, velvety oak, and vanilla sweetness that balances the vibrant acidity. Vegan.

Wet looking muddy yellow and minimal foam. Nice tart peach on the nose, very fresh and juicy. Taste is very nice tart peach purée, good carbonation, lingering sweetness. A peach juice bomb but working well in that respect.

Hazy, the aroma is like fuzzy peach candy - kind of a fake peach and sharp acidity thing going on. Only slightly softer on the palate. Ends up a decent beer, if a bit on the sharp side for my tastes.
