Barwa złota, klarowne, piana dość obfita, ale niezbyt trwała. W aromacie DMS, trochę diacetylu, słodowość. W smaku słodowe, diacetyl, zbożowo-kukurydziane. Goryczka do średniej, ziołowa, nieco zalega. Wysycenie i ciało w normie. Zwykły, wadliwy, czeski pils.

Als "světlé výčepní pivo" gibt es 2 verschiedene Opat-Biere. Dieses ist das leichtere, ist aber geschmacklich weitaus besser als das andere Schankbier der Brauerei. Ein zurückhaltendes Bier ohne Ecken und Kanten...demensprechend halt ein bisschen fade.

Bottled (MT/KS/MB February tasting). Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, grassy, some bready and mild cardboardy notes. Flavour is cardboard, some grass, bread, mild floral notes.
