Draught@Apollo, Copenhagen (backlog May 2016). Deep amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, wooden and some slight sweet malty notes. Flavour is syrpy, some sweet malts and quite grassy and herbal hops to it. Quite yeasty in the finish as well.

Tap@ Apollo Brewpub, Copenhagen. Poured amber color with a thin white head. Grassy, malty, hoppy nutty aroma. Flavor has bready, nutty, slightly woody flavors. Quite dry finish.

Draft. An amber beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor of sweet with notes of malt and caramel, leading to a bitter finish.

From tap. Pours hazy amber with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty and caramelish. Sweet, caramelish, toasted and slight breadish. Bitter and toasted, dry. Toasted, biscuity and caramelish finish.
