Smell of citrus, straw, yeast. Hazy lemon colour, creamy white head. Aroma of fruit, grain, straw. Finish is very fruity. Very lively carbon, light body. Mildly bitter. One of the most easy-to-drink saisons.

Bottled. From Alko. The beer pours golden color with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Funky nose, some lemony and floral notes in aroma. Lemon, funk, floral and fruits in flavor. Sweetness and floral hops. Some slight peppery spiciness lingers long after. Anyway, good drinkability and really refreshing. Good job.

A light yellow beer, a head is medium and white but decreasing. Aroma has fruitness with notes of candies, some spicyness, citrus and earthy tartness. Taste has fruitness, spicyness, some grain, some sweetness but dry enough, because there are also some herbal bitterness. Medium bodied, low carbonation for this style. Decent.

(Draught at Bryggeri Helsinki, Helsinki, 25 Oct 2016) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, spicy nose with notes of citrus, hay, peaches and spicy yeast. Malty, fruity taste with citrus, bread, pineapple, hay and a finish with a balanced citric bitterness and a slightly earthy yeast character. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh and tasty saison. Quite nice.

Tap at Pub Winston, Pori. Hazy yellow color, small white head. Aroma has hop pellets and saison yeast. Light-bodied. Saison yeast, spices, light fruityness. Ok.

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2016. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is citrus, toffee, wooden and some slight yeasty and mild resiny notes. Flavour is citrus, herbs, wood and some mild earthy notes. Very refreshing.

Tap at SOPP 2016, Helsinki. Colour is clear golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, citrus, hops and malts. Nice fresh saison.

(Keg at SOPP Helsinki 2016) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, spiciness and citricness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were spiciness, sourness, Belgian style yeast, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy, hoppy and bitter. A good saison.

Draught @ SOPP 2016. Pours yellowish with a smooth head. Aroma of juicy fruits, zesty grapefruit, citrus, lemon, hints of spices and farmyard. Taste is juicy fruity, crisp, hoppy and citrusy with some lemon, farmyard and hints of yeast. Finish is juicy, hoppy and citrusy with some lemon and grapefruit, hints of fruits and hints of yeast. Pretty tasty hoppy and fruity saison.
