Bottle. No vintage on the bottle and no information about the flowers used, so could be another vintage. Bbf date 20-03-2026. Color: Hazy, pale yellow-ish golden, very fast disappearing white head. Aroma: Farmyard funk, fruity, floral. Taste: Quite funky, farmyard funk, floral and fruity citrus / lemon notes, sour unripe grape hints. Some tannins, subtle notes of wood, dry mouthfeel. Over moderate to medium tart, moderate sweet. Very light bitterness. Medium body, below average carbonation. Easy drinkable, low alcohol, yet full of flavours. Nice!

Süffiger, mild säuerlicher Beginn. Spritzig, hefig, die Säure bleibt angenehm mild. Spritzig, minimal fruchtig, mittellanger Abgang. Gut! 10/11/11/11/9/11

75cl bottle. A murky yellow beer with a white lacing. Aroma of tart yellow fruits, flowers, grapes. Taste of sour pale malt, straw, herbs, tart grapes, easy to drink.

Bottle from the brewery. Sour tart nose, brett and grain. Very sour beginning. Sour fruity. Hints of lemon, no flowers there. Sour fruity, easy to drink, very interesting - but no flowers or flower-like aroma. Lemon, brett, nice sourness with mild parts. Nevertheless interesting brew.

750ml bottle [as Schneeeule Flora]. Hazy, pale yellow-ish, bright golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Bretty and lactic aroma, typical bretty funky notes, some citrus. Taste is sour, bretty, lactic, tangy, notes of mild sauerkraut. Can't get any floral hints / flower notes.

From bottle @ Carnivale Brettanomyces. Blonde. Floral citrusaroma. Sour flavor, floral with citrus. Nice!
