Oh God, it's tea time! Isn't it? Well, yes, this group chose to send a blink to the queen of England by making a gold beer with Russian earl grey (a mix of black tea and bergamotte) and fresh lemon zests to enhance the fruity freshness... The long and pronounced bitterness reminds us the english tea but trust me, it is really a summer beer!

Draft @ the brewery. Pours a hazy orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty citrus floral Earl Grey aroma. Fruity malty citrus hoppy floral bergamot flavor. Has a fruity floral hoppy bergamot finish.

Bouteille 33cl, de chez Dille&Kamille huge gusher - beer name is legit, someone save this beer. BB 08/2020. Trouble orange, col blanc imposant effervescent retombant vite. Arôme sur un bouquet fleuri rappelant un bouquet pot-pourri, pointe épicée de poivre concassé. Qcq notes de fruits à noyaux un peu abricot, léger pin avec petite pointe botanique - levure perdure en rétro. Palais sur trop haute effervescence avec résiduel levure marqué par son effet farineux en fin de bouche. Le tout est sec, poussiéreux mais compensé par un effet houblonné plaisant tropical - zesty agrumes. Effet levure revient en fin de bouche apportant un effet épicé. Mauvaise exécution au niveau de l'embouteillage.

Keg at the source. A translucent golden orange coloured pour with a a sticky white head. Aroma is nice, floral, elderflower, pale grains, perfume,. Flavour is composed of earthy grains, little perfume, floral citrus,. Palate is semi sweet, drying, highish carbonation. Lingering kaffir lime. Not bad. Assertive bitterness.

Draft at Beerstorming, 08/12/18. Almost clear golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is herbal, bitter citric peel, lime leaf, grains, yeast esters, light spice. Taste comprises jasmine, grassy, lemon rind, herb, bergamot, tea leaves. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Ok for the style.

Draft at Beerstorming, Brussels. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of big tea, earl grey strongly in the foreground, citrus, herbal notes and orange peel. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
