Cask (backlog). Golden colour with not that much head. Aroma is grassy, floral, some bready and quite sweet malty notes. Flavour is bready, fruity, floral, grassy and mildly hebral notes along with some wood as well.

Gravity cask at the Bree Louise, London. Pours clear gold with no head. Woody malts and light fruits in the aroma. Subtle toffee, sugar, mild earthy hops for flavor. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, lightly sticky, soft fruits and toffee. Slow starter, strong finisher.

Cask at GBBF 2009. Gold, lasting beige head. Decent hops over a golden ale, touch of caramel. Very good hop in fact, not overly strong, but balanced and right level of acids and aggression. Good.
