Cask at GBBF 2011, Day 3. Pours pale, white-yellow with a film of a head. Mild funky aroma, some spices. Sweet flavor with nice sugary notes. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Light warming finish, good sugar. A pretty solid perry, amigos.

From a plastic barrel @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.
Unclear matt light grey yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate pear, vinegar notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long to average duration, aceton notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20110804]

Plastic barrel at Gbbf 2011. Silver gold haze. Little bit of cheesy perry on aroma. Drinkable kind of medium I suppose. Some light character to the acetone. Fine. Slight bit of vinegar on the edge.
