Resurrection is a beer with an exceptional production process that harmoniously combines the art of brewing and winemaking. The preparation begins with the creation of a pure beer base, which is then blended at the right time to achieve the perfect taste. In autumn, grapes are collected and hung on wires for four months. Partially withered grapes, but still partially juicy, are gently crushed and added to the blend. This is followed by the maturation process, which gives the beer its unique characteristics. As soon as the moment is right, the beer is withdrawn from the grapes and the formation of oxidative notes begins in the barrels. This step can be done due to the high alcohol content (over 12%) and residual sugar. Resurrection is a still beer, which means it is not saturated. This feature allows you to enjoy its multi-layered flavor profile without distracting bubbles. We love every single bottle of Resurrection. That's why it's carefully closed with a cork, crown and waxed neck. The inspiration for Resurrection is the Tokaj Aszu. This flavourful delicacy of ours is designed to be enjoyed slowly, just like brandy. A new batch is introduced every year, with the current vintage being 2018
