Takeaway carton, from tap. Mitchell’s Wines, Sheffield. Hazed, gingery dark pink. Slimmest of white head sticks to the glass. Nose has some plum juice. Some sweet lemon. Hint of yeast. Bready malts. Taste is a little tart and fruity. Mouthfeel is a bit dull. Low carbonation. Tart fruit and some metallic bitterness to finish. Not that good really.

Keg at the Bermondsey tap. Pours clear pink-orange with a creamy white head. Interesting, has some bitter berry seeds, vague herbal notes, raspberry, berry skins. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Bitter finish. Not bad.

Keg at CW. It pours cloudy reddish with a decent white head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, sugared plum, cola cubes, fizzy cola bottles and bit of spice. The taste is dry, bitter - sweet, sticky, plum, cola cubes, spice, dried fruits, touch of tartness, umeboshi and some tannin with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Easy drinker.
