Sparkling, pale yellow gold colour, fizzy white foam head that rapidly dissipates away and aroma of fruity pear, fleshy, juicy, some core, pineapple hints, citric. Taste is tart, fruity, pear, some skin & core, fleshy, with pineapple and citrus hints, and some acidity. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
