355ml can. Cloudy, pink-ish, orangey golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly funky, fruity aroma with sherbet touch, hints of raspberry, blueberry, a touch of oak and grape sugar. Taste is tart, dry, oaky, fruity, slightly citric and fruit acidic, minimally funky, hints of raspberry and blueberry are restricted to fruit acidic aspects, a touch of grape sugar without residual sweetness, emergent floral overtones.

Can at a tasting. Assertively wild, clean lacto sourness, but light funk character too. Berry character assertive too. Very well balanced. Thin body, high carbonation. Very tasty, extremely drinkable. Great.

Can. A- Mild funk, berries, soft. A- Off pink color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Slightly oaky, subtle acidity, fresh mixed berries. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Really nice. Almost like a soft less effervescent rose. The berry flavor blends nicely and tastes natural with just the right touch of funky oak.
