Draft. An amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of brett, wood, malt, and berries. The flavor is sour with notes of malt, brett, lemons, and straw, leading to a tart finish.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up at BD Shoreditch. Pours clear grapefruit pink with a slight, bubbly white foam head. Nice tart berries, lemon, nips of funk, blueberry skins, pitty raspberries, mild acidity. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Quenching finish with light juicy, tart raspberry, more lemony acidity. Really drinkable.

Can from Craft Brewed. Pours a clearish pink-ruby with a finger of carnation colored foam that lingers. Funky blueberry and raspberry nose w/ wet hay, horseblanket & gooseberry. Uber complex nose that just gets deeper and deeper as it warms. The oak notes really go well with the berry notes. More oak on the palate with stronger raspberry notes. A faint blueberry skin astringency on the finish, but mild and cuts well against the tart berry notes. Overall everything I want in a sour. Lingering young berry notes without being acidic. Crooked Stave do it again!
