The Double IPA is a style we've become synonymous with, and this bold, juicy DIPA showcases our favourite hops, yeast and brewing processes. Whilst its roots stretch back to a full team West Coast beer tasting in September 2015, and our scene-changing V series, it is significantly different to the IIPAs that originally inspired us and acts as an ever-evolving representation of a hazy, heavily-hopped and deceptively drinkable strong IPA.

Aroma & Flavour:
Overripe mango and papaya, supported by peach and passion fruit with a light, sweet malt profile

Body:
Full-bodied, smooth and juicy

Aftertaste:
Lasting juicy orange and noticeable peppery character

Can from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham and shared in Bangkok. Poured a hazy golden colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is malt, light toffee caramel, mineral, stone fruits, earthy, funky yeast. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a smooth, rich, malty, light fruity, boozy, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Damn solid DIPA with plenty of that good old Cloudwater hop juice character to it.
