Inspired by some of our favourite authentic New England-style IPAs, this beer was brewed with a sweet, sturdy base of oats and Vienna malt before being layered with multiple hot and cold-side additions of Idaho-7, Bru-7 and Citra hops.

Pulpy, dank and saturated with flavours of orange and pineapple.

Can picked up from Kihoskh and shared at home (10/06/2022) - hazy orange with a white head. Vibrant fruity with lots of pineapple and grapefruit, melon, midget gem sweets, soft sweet malts, medium body, robust hoppy finish. Another lovely Beak brew.

440ml can from the brewery. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, tropical citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, oaty, pineapple, mango, lime, light floral, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

ABV: 7.0%. Murky medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, orange, pineapple, light grapes - gooseberries. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, orange, pineapple, tropical fruit, fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
