A generous dose of oats adds a creamy, pillowy texture to this session-strength Pale Ale. Simcoe provides aromas of stone-fruit and mango, finished with Comet for a refreshing citrus edge.

Cask at the Mermaid, St Albans on 11th August 2010. Clear amber, off white shallow froth head. Sweetish berries aroma, floral fruity kick with notes of grape (Muscat) and berries along with grassy hoppiness. Shortish, fruity finish on a light to zingy mouthfeel.

Cask@Live And Let Live, Cambridge. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is caramel, nectar, wood, earth and some mild spicyness. Flavour is much the same in a rather nice balance.
