(Cask at GBBF, London Earl’s Court, 6 Aug 2009) Hazy brownish yellow colour with no head. Fruity, tart nose with green apples and hints of wood. Fruity, tart taste with notes of green apples. Dry and harsh finish. Nice and well balanced with some wood character.

Pale yellow with no head. Aroma of apple juice with a touch of wood. Dry and very wooden apple flavour

Cloudy golden with no head. Dry aroma with apples and wood. Flavor likewise with a fairly dry finish.

@GBBF2008. Yellowish golden colour, some bubbles in a head. Aroma is vanilla, oak, apples and some slight notes of alcohol. Flavour is quite much dry sour apples and some wooden hints.
