Bree Louise. Cask. Very light haze on this pale gold beer, no head. Palate is light and semi dry. Modest fine carbonation. Semi dry pale malt, touch of smoke. Light apple and orange an then bitter dry florlaness. Mild bitter smoky linger. Odd but not unpleasant.

So pale, I almost want to ask it if it’s getting enough sleep. Too light an aroma but OK. The fruity hops give way to bitterness. Nice bit over too soon. The palate scampers off unnoticed.

Cask@The Edgar Wallace, London. Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is vegetables, some rubber and mild fruityness. Flavour is fruity and herbal and also has some vegetables along with dough.

Clear golden with tiny white head. Sweet aroma with sulphurious and fruity notes. Flavor likewise with a sourish end.
