De Fuut Fieuw is een fruitige, dorstlessende Session IPA (4,6%). Het blonde bier heeft een aroma vol citrus, geel tropisch fruit en lichte karameltonen. Door zijn lage alcoholgehalte, mooie bitter en fruitige smaak weet hij je moeiteloos te verleiden.

Bottle at home. Aroma is malt, bit bready, light caramel, hops, touch of grapefruit and pine. Flavour is light sweet and above moderate bitter. Body is medium. Not bad but a bit on the malty side for my taste.

Tap at Leidse Lente, Leiden: Hazy amber coloured brew with an dry bitter taste, hints of grapefruit and slightly caramel. Actually I saw today a lot of the great crested grebe on the water today, so is appropriate ti drink this. The great crested grebe is called in Dutch fuut.

Bottle at home, darker orange beer, small head. Aroma is malt, sweet, citrus. Taste is the same, some wort sweetness, malt, citrus, not too bad.

33cl bottle. A clear deep golden beer with a white head. Aroma of juicy hops and grapefruit. Taste of grapefruits, reddish malt, resins, pine, citrus, long bitter finish.

Süffiger, herb hopfiger Beginn. Milde Noten von Zitrus, mild hefig, Brausetablette mit wässrigem Hintergrund. Mittellanger Abgang. 10/8/9/8/10/8

Bottle from Jumbo, Lanaken. Clear dark golden, small, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of orange peel, mango, melon, grapefruit juice, biscuit, honey, brioche. Taste has sweetish orange & mango, bittersweet grapefruit settled in a biscuity malt body, bit nutty. Herbal, almost resinous hoppy finish (but not quite there), malty & citric tail. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Ideal quencher and just deserving of the ISA label.

Well made to style. Balanced bitterness. Deep dank hop profile, which is mild, but the primary flavour. Bird Amsterdam

Oranje kleurig bier met veel schuim. Smaak is licht bitterzoet maar weinig uitgesproken met iets van karamel en wat kruiden. Matig bier wat mij betreft.
