Cask at GBBF 2007. A golden beer with a slight haze under a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of fruit and caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel as well as light notes of fruit and berries, leading to a finish with next to no bitterness.

Cask handpull at County Hotel, JDW, Ashford. Gold, lasting beige head. Golden bitter with good hop finish. It’s a bit plasticky/artificial, citrus is almost forced into it. Good condition, mouthfeel is good. Everyone now makes one, a summer citrus blond/gold beer. This one is fine, but below average.

Cask at The Crown, Charlton-On-Otmoor, Oxon, 05-08-07 Poured hazy light amber in colour (getting towards end of barrel) Still it tasted fine, good citrus bite, quite fruity, bitter beer.
