Almost clear gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, smooth and semi dry. Reasonable fine carbonation. Fluffy malts, light creamy sweetness. Sweetish piney hop. Smooth orange peel, little tangerine. Mild spice. Smooth finish. Mild bitter linger. Smooth and drinkable, but it hardly screams Mosaic.

12oz bottle pours with a clear gold body that supports a nice dirty white head of foam that leaves behind some spotty lacing. The aroma offers up clementine like citrus, some grassiness and then faint cantaloupe and woody rind. The taste delivers juicy clementine and tangelo mixed with bitter grapefruit and slight pine bitter hoppiness. It gets a tad sweeter toward the finish as candied citrus notes bubble to the surface. Pretty nice IIPA.

355ml bottle from Chez Sophie. Pours a generally clear gold, small white head. Aroma has fairly vibrant mosaic with some luscious exotic notes. Taste continues in a similar fashion, crisp and full on the palate yet balanced and sessionably fruity with some nice bubblegum juice emerging. Decent fruity DIPA.

Bottle from Boise Co-op. Medium golden, hazy, small, tight creamy head. Aroma doesn't give much away, some nice caramel malts perhaps. Taste starts off with a swift kick to the tongue, sharp bitterness, but still kind of sweet. Nice feel throughout. Seems boozy without being too warm.

On tap at Belching Beaver North Park. A bit hazy golden with a small white head. Fresh and hoppy with citrus, some tropical fruit and light malt. The body was medium as was the bitterness.

Yum, exceedingly excellent Mosaic double IPA that is very well-balanced and showcasing all the best qualities. Excellent balance between Bittersweet and Tang. Aroma is Juicy Fruit a little bit and malt. Flavor is like nose excellent body and finish.

Bottle from CraftShack. Pours translucent gold with a creamy white head. Aroma is dank tropical. Med ++ body. Flavor is juicy, dank tropical. Even tropical earthy - whatever that may mean. It's dryer than juicy usually is; it's very hoppy; it's bitter, even very bitter, but there's no harshness - just a light hop burn. Wowser! This needs an appropriate Betty Boop quote.
