Cask @ the Phoenix, Victoria SW1. Pours a clear amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma wit some earthy hoppy hints. Sweetish malty fruity caramel flavor with some hints of hops. Has a fruity malty caramel finish.

Cask at GBBF08 as Hogs Back Summer Ale. Almost clear dark chestnut colour. Good spicy hop flavour. Low carbonation. Good alcohol aftertaste.

Copper with a small white head. Fruity pineapple aroma with some grass. Dry and malty flavour.

Cask@GBBF2007. Amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is bigtime toffee and wood along with some hints of fruits. Also slight leathery notes. Flavour is mild hops, some wood and slight sourness also. Aftertaste is mainly grassy and wooden.

Cask gravity at GBBF 2007. Amber, with lasting beige head. OK bitter, decent hop, not much of a summer beer mind you.
