Pint can, 2025 vintage. Caramel malt aroma with notes of bready malt, nutty malt, vanilla, oak and whiskey as well as some booze. Pours clear copper colored with a thin tan head that has decent retention and excellent lacing. Starts with caramel malt, bready malt and oak flavors as well as having a medium body and smooth mouthfeel. Finishes smooth with nutty malt, vanilla and whiskey flavors as well as having a good amount of warming booze at the very end. Excellent as always. Rogue, you will be missed!

Can at Mugishutei. Dark cloudy brown. Nose of vanilla, caramel and oak with chocolate notes. Sweet whiskey flavor. Rich vanilla and sweet caramel. Well balanced and hides the booze.

I'm a sucker for dead guy since it was one of the first decent brews I drank back in the day. But I still love this. same pour etc as regular. nutty vanilla. delicious with oak, malt booze blending together

Bottle. Hazy dark gold in color with a medium head. Aroma was grains and straw. Taste was well balanced with a slight sweetness upfront.

Dark caramel color with a huge foamy tan head that lingered. Tangy, sweet and fruity with caramel and faint whiskey. Long finish. Moderately full bodied. Alcohol well controlled.

16oz can. Copper colored pour, skin of fine head. Malty aroma, sweet, caramel. Taste is toffee, malty, sweet, light bitterness, slippery, warm. Really nice.

16oz can pours out amber topped with a small sand head. Nose is nice sweet caramel malts pitfruit barrel notes. Taste is more of nice light roast malts some whiskey barrel notes pitfruit and a little spice.
