500ml bottle. Opalescent, orange, dark golden to amber colour with small, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly bready and minimally toasty malty as well as minimally doughy yeasty aroma, hints of grey bread, bread crust. Taste is slightly bready, minimally toasty malyt with some residual sweetness, minimally doughy yeasty and yeasty fruity, hints of bread crust, a touch of brioche, red berries.
Slightly creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, dense, soft, mildly prickly carbonation.
Balanced and harmonious, a tad monotonous - OK.

Bottle 50 cl. Close to amber color, slightly hazy, yellowish foam. Aroma: malt, a little caramel, a little baking and yeast. Taste: malty, candy and caramel, a little hoppy.

Appearance: Cloudy pale amber with a moderate ivory-coloured head of medium retention. Aroma and taste: Crackers, toast, raw lager yeast, hay, slightly fruity, spicy hop. Medium dry. Light plus hop bitterness. Mouth feel: Medium body, average carbonation. Summary: Not bad.

0.5l bottle at Base Camp. Murky brown body, off-white head. Soapy, floral aroma with oxidized maltiness. Soapy taste, vaguely floral and, you guessed it, oxidized maltiness. Dead. Hope it's usually better!

Murky brownish. Aroma is bready caramel light hops rural notes light copper. Taste is sweet caramel malt with rural bitter roasty bready notes. Good body. Nice and hearty.
