We've always relished the challenge of seeing how much flavour we can pack into a super low ABV beer, finding the right balance between body, drinkability and intense hop aromatics.
This Table Beer is a step lower in strength than our regular session Pale Ales, How Wonderful! and Happy! but more than holds its own. Brewed with Citra, Mosaic and The Betty - a blend of hops from New Zealand - it balances juicy tropical fruits with pithy citrus and a well-judged resinous bitterness.

Can at home picked up from CW online. A translucent golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting rocky sticky white head. Aroma is waxy citrus, straw, squeeze of lime, background tropicals of mango, guava, melon. Flavour is composed of wheat, light chalky, pithy citrus, grass, lemon, crisp finish. Firm grassy citrus bitterness. Palate is super crisp, frothy airy carbonation. Chugs down.

Can 440ml (KCM Puuvilla, canned 250122)
Hazy yellow colour, small steady white head and lace. Aroma has gooseberry bush, mango and pine. Light-bodied. Grapefruit, straw, gooseberry leaves in the flavour. Nice fresh taste for low ABV beer but dont know if this The Betty -blend is my favourite.

Keg @ Tap and Can. Hazed golden orange, small white head. Aroma of citrussy grapefruit. Taste has bucketloads of bright crisp pithy citrus and gentle tropical leanings. Hard to believe this is just 3.2%. Flavoursome overall, but a bit soapy at times.

Can. Beer Stop Dronfield I think. Fully opaque pale orange gold. Fairly open CW swede. Nose has citrus peel. Oats and wheat. Orange sorbet. Taste is dry and lightly bitter with an oaty sweetness. Light bodied with fairly high prickly carbonation. Pretty bitter on the finish. Good for the ABV albeit too fizzy.

Can at home, from CW online, 10/02/22. Murky orange with a well presented white head that stays for the show. Nose is tangerine, grass, melon, light pine nip, grapefruit zest. Taste comprises citric pith, light grapefruit, grass, citric tinged straw, toasted malts, modest pine dusting. Medium to lighter body, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with grassy come juicy hop bitterness. Solid citric laden refreshment for the meagre ABV.
