Bottle. Doesn't look good in the glass this one, pale straw color, with no carbonation or head. The aroma is quite fruity-sourish, with chalky yeast, lemon notes and bread. It's tart and medium bodied, with a touch of carbonation. Lemon, chalk, funk, wood, melon and grapefruit in the flavor. Tart, lemony finish. Sure not a favorite of mine, lacking on both complexity and nice flavor. 210113

330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5%. Slightly hazy and very pale straw colour, small and shortlived white head. Aroma of lactic acid and pickled gherkins. Sour flavour, loads of lactic acid, lemon and gherkins. No malts, no hops, just sour - another weird beer from Norway's most overrated brewery.

7-3-7-4-14 Bottle, f89p10, five years before bbd. Pours hazy pale yellow, with a creamy head. Aroma is lactic acid with sweet doughy notes and fruity brett with stone fruits and pears, as well as wooden notes. Light to medium body, with fizzy carbonation. Flavour is lactic acid and fruity brett with grapes, pears and fizzy candy, as well as farmhouse minerals and wooden barrels. Pretty sour and fairly refreshing, but a bit one dimensional.
