YG 031121. Paled golden color with a white head. Aroma is red berries, sourness. Flavor is sourness, raspberries, vinegar, bread, redberries, lemon. OK/Nice beer.

Bottle. It's a lightly hazy pinkish-golden colored beer with a minimalistic white head. The aroma is fruity-sour, berry-ish, with some lemon, vinegar and bready malts. It's medium bodied and tart, nicely carbonated, with a mostly sour flavor. Berries, lemon, vinegar hints, pickled veggies juice notes, some pink grapefruit and a berry-ish bitterness too. Some tannings. Long fruity, berryish finish. Rather dull at first, but it's actually a very pleasant one. 211103

7-3-6-3-12 Bottle, f87p2, 20 months before bbd. Pours hazy pale red, with a small creamy head. Aroma is lactic acid with tart raspberries and notes of candy, as well as some funky farmhouse notes. Light to medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is sour lactic acid with tart fruity notes of raspberries. Lingering tart finish. Sour and fairly one dimensional. A bit disappointing.

Bottle. Almost clear pale pink body under a thin, fast disappearing white head. Aroma has raspberries, sour red berries, minerals and yoghurt. Taste is sour raspberries, lemon, minerals and slightly harsh bitterness. Medium to light bodied and same sour aftertaste. Sour and refreshing but rather one dimensional.
