Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 23/06/22. dirty Kidsgrove canal water looky ... aka shit water brown with a moderately presented light beige cap. Nose is banana bread, caramel, herb, light spice, stewed fruits. Taste comprises sticky fruit esters, lighter banana notes, spice, hint of booze, tarte fruits, caramel, more spice coming through. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a spike of alcohol. Ok if a touch harsh at times.

Panda thanks to Patrik: Poured a burn orange with a off white to beige ring head. Aroma is banana, spices, malts. Taste is bit tart and sweet in the same sip, banana, fruity, spices, malty, light metallic. All flows for my first proper Sahti!

Amber colour, not much head. Sweet banana in the nose. Medium-bodied. Sweetish Sahti with banana flavours, not much spiceyness. Ok middle-on-the-road Sahti.
