On the hot side we used Centennial, Columbus and Mosaic, then dry hopped it with Amarillo, Centennial, Columbus and Simcoe. Clean and crisp malt bill of Pilsner malt and a bit of Vienna is responsible for a dry and refreshing body.
Expect flavor balancing between resinous pine & tropical fruitiness. The color is bright and light yellow - just as West Coast should be! We didn’t skimp on the bitterness either - 100 IBU will keep your taste buds awake for sure.

Tap at Pien. Pale yellow colour and tiny white head. Citrus peels, resin in the nose. Light-bodied, almost watery. Tastes like imperial strong lager: sweetish, piney-resiny hops. Delicate but not really tasting 100 EBU.

Growler from brewpub, at tasting 24.7.21. Poured almost clear and golden in color. Crisp and piney hoppy aroma and flavor. Feels quite light in body. Nice resiny bitterness. Could be more bitter though.

Pale yellow, almost clear. Light, clean, dry, some fruity hoppiness, sweet malt base, some piney resin but not overly bitter (that's a bad thing here). A nice and crushable west coast ipa, but leaves wanting for more. Nice.

(Bottle, 0.75 l - hand bottled, from the brewery, 20210722) The beer poured golden and nearly clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, pine, grapefruit and malts. Palate was medium bodied and dr3with medium carbonation. Flavours were pine, grass, fruitiness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter. A tasty hoppy brew with nice dry pala.

750ml growler from brewpub. Fresh hoppy, soft and grassy with some pine, resin, citrus, grainy maltiness and hints of fruits, floral and herbal notes. Soft mouthfeel, slightly bitter and resinous finish with some crisp grainy notes. Okay, quite soft but quaffable piney west coast IPA with some bitterness. Pretty balanced.
