From a box at Villi Wäinö, pours a cloudy muddled dark orange, no head. Aroma is full of esters, with tons of banana, and tree bark. Flavour is estery as hell, with intense banana ester, some tree bark, and syrup. Way too sweet but not egregious.

1,3 l Bag (thanks Beershine/Sunshine). Hazy amber colour with no head. Aroma is banana, some fruity, yeasty and mild spruce tips to it. Flavour is banana, some yeast, mild fruity and some wooden tones. Smooth and very fresh.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Hazy orange colour, small head. Aroma of juniper and banana. Tart with medium body and rounded, somewhat oily mouthfeel. Juniper, banana and rye bread. Very interesting, very good!

Draught @ SOPP Vantaa. Rated on 11.06.2022 Aroma has sweet malt and juniper. Toffee candy? Flavour has strong juniper, some sweet malt, toffee. Strong lingering juniper in aftertaste. Quite delicious, best sahti for a while.

Tap @ SOPP Hki 2021. Smell of rye bread, juniper, yeast. Opaque copper colour, no head. Aroma of sweet malt, toffee or candy, sugar. Very viscous, very sweet. No carbon. Thick palate. Good one.

Tap at sopp 2021, Helsinki. Color is cloudy murky orange with very small head. Aromas and flavors: Wheat, fruits, ripe fruits, Banana, juniper, Bread, some caramel, malts... very good sahti.

(From a bag in a box at Helsinki Beer Factory, 20210728) The beer poured brown and cloudy. No head. Aroma had juniper, banana and malts. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were juniper, banana, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter. Otherwise pleasant sahti but a bit too sweet.
