Draught@SOPP 2021 Lahti. Hazy orangeish-amber colour with a small off-white quickly vanishing head. Aroma s bananas, some juniper and grains. Flavour is grains, some bananas, mild yeasty and some juniper tones. Nice and very easy going.

On tap at SOPP 2022 Helsinki. A bit hazy medium amber with no head. Sweet with banana, malt and light juniper.

Tap @ SOPP Helsinki 2022. Poured light amber. No head. Strong baking soda in aroma, some juniper. ovverripe banana. It is Sahti alright.

Tap @ SOPP Hki 2021. Smell of yeast, some malt. Opaque orange colour, no head. Aroma of rye, malt, yeast. Rather light body. Sweet, no carbon. Half-dry palate.

Tap at SOPP Helsinki. Murky orange-amber colour, tiny beige head. Sweet banana aroma. Medium-bodied. Simple sweet banana Sahti.

(Keg at Ravintola Kellari, Joutsa, 20210617) The beer poured dark brown and cloudy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had juniper, spiciness, malts and banana. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were spiciness, malts, banana and lightly bitterness. Aftertaste had malts, banana and juniper. A rather nice sahti with too mild aroma.

33 cl bottle @ Konttori, BBE 12/2020 Aroma has sweet, ripe banana esthers and fruit candy. Flavour has ripe fruits, some fruity hops(!) and mild juniper in the finish. Hoppy, clean and easy-going sahti; perhaps not the most traditional one.

Bottle 0.33l at One Pint Pub, Helsinki. BBE 11/2020. Color is slightly cloudy orange with very small white head. Aromas and flavours: Bread, some honey, wheat, some ripe banana and malts. Enjoyable easy sahti.

Draught @ Ravintola Kellari, Joutsa. Smooth, yeasty and sweetish with some stuffy banana notes, maltiness, juniper and hints of glue. Okay, a bit lighter sahti with a full body but perhaps slightly easier drinkability.
