Half a year in a bourbon barrel gives our Doppelbock a complex vanilla, whiskey and oak flavor, combine with coffee and dark chocolate from the dark malts. Enjoy the warming finish.

Draught @ SOPP Tampere 2020 Aroma has sweet malty tones, chocolate and mild bourbon notes. Also rye pudding. Flavour has strong bourbon tones, alcohol, woody notes. Also plastic glue. A sweet bourbon overdose.

On tap @ Bock's corner brewery, Vaasa. Dark brown beer with very small head. Aroma has roasted malts, bourbon, bread, plum/raisins and vanilla. Flavor has malts, bread, dark fruits, bourbon and vanilla. Full body. Good one!

Tap @ SOPP Hki 2019. Smell of raisins. Dark bronze colour, brown head. Aroma of raisins oak, malt, bourbon. Sweet. Flat carbon.

Tap at sopp2019, Helsinki. Color is clear dark brown with very small head. Aromas and flavors: chocolate, dark chocolate, bourbon, vanilla and roasted malts. Dry and little bit of silky.

Tap at SOPP Helsinki. Dark nutbrown colour, small beige head. Bourbon, vanilla, malts, caramel in the nose. Medium-bodied. Sweetish, malty, bourbony, a bit fruity flavour. Some wood and vanilla. Really nice.
