Tap at One Pint Pub. Opaque colour, no head. Juniper, wood and banana in the nose. Medium-bodied. Easy to drink for this abv but alcohol is there. Overriped banana, rye bread and juniper. I prefer more sweet and robust Sahti.

From backlog. Draught @ OlutExpo 2017, Helsinki. Pours dark brown with no head. Aroma of earhty notes, malts, berries, juniper, rye and caramel. Taste is sweet, syrupy and earthy with some yeast, berries, juniper, toffee and caramel. Finish is earthy and sweetish with loads of toffee, yeast, caramel and juniper. Quite balanced and tasty for a Sahti. Nice one.

Tap at Olutexpo 2017, Helsinki. Colour is murky brown with small white bubbly head. Aromas and flavours: Banana, bread, rye, some dry fruits, some sweetness and malts. OK fresh sahti.

Draught @ Olutexpo 2017. Amber color, almost no head Sweetish, wheat, spicy notes. Wheat, sugar, surypy notes, banana, honey, licorice root. Complex, very good drinkability.
