7/5/2022. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed. Pours clear pale gold with minimal head. Aroma of light apple, heather, funk. Moderate sweetness and bitterness, touch of tart. Light to moderate body, watery, average carbonation. Dry, bitter, watery finish.

500ml bottle from Cider House, Borough Market, London. England Cider Rating #2500. Orangey gold colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, woody, mucky funk hint. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, orangey, bittersweet, alittle funk, caramel hint, and with drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
