750ml bottle from Hawkes, London. 7.2%. Hazy pale reddish purple colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of sour fruity, musty apple, grapey, citric, solventy. Taste is tart, dry, sour, fleshy apple, grape skins, with vinegar & solvent hints, some tangy notes and drying acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, very dry sour acidic finish. Quite OK.

Bottle shared at Fierce's 1st bottle share. It pours hazy blush with a small white head. The aroma is sweet - sour, floral, salt & vinegar crisps, red berry, juicy and grapefruit. The taste is crisp, dry, puckering, zingy, acidic, salt and vinegar crisps, burn, enamel ripper, floral and red grape with some minerals.
