Russet and Bramley cider was blended with fresh Braeburn, pomegranate and hibiscus to create a fresh and zingy cider. Initial sweet hits of pomegranate and apple are balanced by the tart hibiscus, culminating in a dry, moreish finish.

Can from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - cloudy golden orange. Quickly disappearing white head with steady carbonation.
Nose - sweet apple and the hibiscus is coming through.
Taste - sweet and tangy apple, almost bruised or brown apples. The pomegranate is subtle again with hibiscus doing the main supporting role.
Palate - light bodied, tangy and bittersweet. Good length.
Overall - quite enjoy this!
