bottled mar 2023 7%dorato velato quasi piatto nota un po funky iniziale e mela abbastanza speziata in boca secco tannino con leggera acidita e nota quasi amara pompelmo inizio un po difficile

500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Orangey gold colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, mucky funk. Taste is fruity apple, fleshy, peachy hints, with leathery farmhouse funk and bittersweet orchardy mellow spicy tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
