750ml wired cork bottle from Scrattings. Opened with a pop. Sparkling, pale golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of perry pear, fruity fleshy, honey hints, some funk. Taste is sweet, perry pear, fleshy, some skin, alittle hiney & caramel, with some acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Nicely drinkable.
