Pours darker amber, small white head. Scent is densly, loaded with red grapes. Intense. Taste is full, tart, intense grapes (still ! ) , bit herbal. Lovely ! very complex. Absolutely - yet unexpectingly - still in it's prime !

Orange to amber. Massive funk, still some grape but more in a spicy way than fruity, mineral, sherry, walnuts. Quite sour. Lovely sparkly carbonation. Surprisingly great, the color shows the age but otherwise so vibrant and tasty! Love it.

18/IV/22 - 75cl bottle @ Cantillon Quintessence (Brussels), BB: n/a (2022-367)
A little cloudy orange to pale reddish beer, small creamy yellowish head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: oxidized, mouldy, some vanilla notes, musty. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, pretty dry, earthy, humus, a nice acidity, lemon juice, pretty bitter, very oxidized, acidic. Aftertaste: clean acidity, lots of lime and lemon juice, pretty bitter, dry, musty, fruity, lots of green apples, lovely but very oxidized as well. Oh well, still a pretty darn nice beer!
