8.2/10
Vinous, intense with grapes, hints of cherries, jammy berries and hints of funky earthiness, mild tartness and sourness. Easy going but elegant

Side by side with Signorina. Piacere mi piace de piΓΊ. Balanced, showcasing the Cantillon farmy funk. Soft cherry, vinous, long lasting.

0,75l from bottle at the Brewery. Deep red color, small off white head. Smells berry notes, light joghurt, some grapes notes, marzipan, lovely smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes of berry notes, light vinous, marzipan, nutty, spices. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of berries, light grapes and spices. Lovely one, intense berry notes, love this one

Bottle at Moeder Fontainas. Deep ruby. Sweet red grapes and indeed a touch of sweet cherry, red currants, soft funk, oak, tannins and yoghurt. Medium sweet and sour. Almost full bodied. Lovely.

Bottle at Moeder Original. Clear ruby pour with fleeting white head. Sweet cherry and red grape bouquet. Wow, this is fantastic. Subtle Sangiovese vinous notes blend seamlessly with tart cherry overtones. Itβs on the sweeter side but there is a wonderful tart/sour fruit presence on the backend. Great body and mouthfeel. Truly one of my favorites.
